Rod Sloan

Rod Sloan is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience spanning several decades in the geological field. Since February 1997, Rod Sloan has served as Editor-in-Chief at C&C Reservoirs, following a role as Senior Geologist at Scott Pickford Group from 1994 to 1997. Prior experience includes positions as Geologist at GAPS Geological Consultants from 1990 to 1994, Senior Logging Analyst at Anadrill Schlumberger from 1984 to 1986, and Junior Exploration Geologist at Billiton Exploration Ireland Limited from 1981 to 1983. Rod Sloan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Bristol, a Master of Science (MS) in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geology from the University of Bristol, complemented by foundational education at Campbell College, Belfast.
