Tara Plogsted has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Tara started their career at Convergys, where they worked as an Inside Sales Representative, handling inbound calls to sell AT&T wired and wireless services and resolving customer issues. Tara demonstrated empathy, built rapport with customers, and maintained knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.

Tara then joined Custom Communications as a Retail Sales Consultant, where they assisted customers with their technology needs and problem-solving issues. Tara consistently met and exceeded sales goals by acquiring new customers, building relationships, and maximizing revenue from existing accounts. Tara was later promoted to Assistant Store Manager, responsible for training employees and ensuring high levels of customer service.

After that, Tara became a Store Manager, managing all aspects of a retail store and achieving financial and operational goals. Tara led a team to meet sales targets and was recognized for top sales in home security products. Tara was also promoted to Area Leader, overseeing the development and operations of retail locations and successfully opening several stores.

Currently, Tara works at CC3 Solutions as a Mobility Operations Manager. Tara manages the mobility business and client relationships, including staging, kitting, and deployment of telecommunications products. Tara provides account support from order to bill reviews.
