Sharon Schenk, CMP, serves as the Director of Conventions and Event Management at CCA Global Partners since October 2013, where responsibilities include managing conferences and events for 50 to 2,000 attendees, driving event creativity, and overseeing the Meeting Services Department. Prior experience includes roles as a Global Certified Meetings Events Professional at Your Meeting Professional, Program Director at HelmsBriscoe ResourceOne, and various leadership positions within Meeting Professionals International’s WestField Chapter. With a background in planning over 900 domestic and international meetings as a Senior Meeting Planner at Deloitte and expertise in contract negotiations and logistical arrangements, Sharon has a comprehensive understanding of meeting and event planning. Educational credentials include an AS in Business from SUNY Empire State College and attendance at Kent State University and Cuyahoga Falls High School.
