Harlan Heiber

Harlan Heiber is an experienced leader in enterprise release management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Release Management at CCC Intelligent Solutions since 2006. In this role, Harlan oversees a team focused on standardizing release delivery processes for major application changes and infrastructure projects. Prior to this, Harlan held the position of Senior Manager at Allstate, leading a team of 25 to develop and maintain the Architecture Strategy and Infrastructure vision. Harlan's earlier experience includes serving as a Manager at Accenture, where responsibility involved reviewing a $175 million modernization initiative for a large consumer products company, ensuring the program's readiness for executive analysis. Harlan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, earned in 1994.
