Kristine Hayden

Kristine Hayden is a seasoned professional in the field of customer success and casualty claims management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions since June 2021. Prior experience at Allstate from May 1996 to November 2020 includes various leadership roles such as Casualty Lead Design Consultant, Risk Mitigation Lead Consultant, and Casualty Process Expert. Throughout the tenure at Allstate, Kristine contributed to strategic initiatives in predictive modeling, training, and process improvement while overseeing complex injury claims and providing expert guidance on claim handling. Kristine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Kent State University.
