Manuele Derolez

Manuele Derolez has extensive experience in leadership roles within non-profit organizations, emphasizing citizen mobilization and community support. Currently serving as Déléguée Générale at CCFD-Terre Solidaire since February 2016, Manuele oversees a team of 60 staff members, coordinating action plans and operational management. Previously, Manuele held the position of Déléguée Générale Adjointe at Emmaüs France from January 2008 to February 2016, managing a network of 116 communities and leading various organizational initiatives. Experience at Union des Amis et Compagnons d'Emmaüs and DCC includes pivotal roles in communication, human resources, and administrative restructuring. Manuele's educational background includes a management certificate from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a diploma in social animation from IUT Carrière sociale Lille.
