Matthew Cook is the current Customer Experience Specialist at CCG. Matthew has over four years of experience as the Chief Operating Officer at JLL, where they were responsible for businesses in the retail, capital markets, industrial, and logistics sectors. Matthew has also been a Project Manager for the implementation of Agents Insights & Salesforce CRMs to all teams.

During their time at JLL, Matthew was able to increase profitability despite Brexit and market pressures. Matthew also successfully consolidated manual data storage into automated linked data management platforms. In addition, they drove commercial and process improvements through review productivity and efficiency.

Matthew Cook's educational career includes completing the Nuffield Health Leadership Development Programme at Ashridge Executive Education, the Non-Executive Director Course (NED) at The Institute of Directors, a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Westminster, and a Certificate in French Language from Universite D'Aix Marseille. Matthew also holds a 2nd Class degree in Politics from London Guildhall University and 'O' Levels and 'A' Levels from Harrow School.
