Steven Horne

Steven Horne is a Managing Director at CCi, A Rimkus Company with extensive experience in providing expert reports for insurers and re-insurers on project delays and catastrophic incidents. Steven also has experience in claims analysis services and delay analysis for insurance claims. Prior to their current role, Steven worked as a Planning Engineer at NG Bailey. Steven holds a PGCert in Construction Project Management from Robert Gordon University and a BSc (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire.
