Mike Meeks

Mike Meeks, JD, RN, currently serves as General Counsel for CCI Anesthesia since September 2025. Previously, Mike held the position of Division Senior Corporate Counsel at CommonSpirit Health from February 2019 to September 2025, where responsibilities included legal counsel for CHI St. Vincent and managing significant compliance matters across a four-hospital regional network. With extensive experience in healthcare legal compliance, Mike's earlier roles at Catholic Health Initiatives involved leadership as Senior Corporate Counsel, directing compliance for a large healthcare system, and supervising compliance investigations. Prior to this, Mike gained operational expertise as the Corporate Responsibility Officer and Nursing Shift Supervisor at CHI St. Vincent Health System, as well as Director of Emergency Services at Wadley Regional Medical Center. Mike holds a JD from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a BS in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
