Karen Livingston

In Karen’s current role as Director of Operational Effectiveness, she leads the organization-wide approach to operations support covering all practice areas and all CCI services. She optimizes activities supporting and enabling the organizational delivery of consulting and coaching services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.

Prior to joining CCI Consulting, Karen provided career coaching to hundreds of individuals at all levels in her role as a Senior Career Consultant at Right Management. Prior to that Karen was Vice President/Managing Consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison where she worked closely with major Fortune 100 clients leading large scale projects for Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor, Manufacturing, Finance, Energy, Healthcare and Insurance industries.

Karen is a graduate of Berkeley College of Business and has participated in several advanced education programs offered by Cedar Crest College and Lehigh University studying business, economics and human resources. Throughout her career, she has also participated in programs offered by The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and several coaching certification training sessions.
