Kasia Hartwig

Head Of Customer Success Management, Continental Europe at M-Brain Group

Kasia Hartwig has extensive experience in the field of strategic analysis and consulting. Kasia began their career as a Consultant at The World Bank in 2003 and continued working in this role until 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Freelance Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers for a few months. From 2010 to 2016, they served as a Senior Consultant at M-Brain Group / Global Intelligence Alliance, where they managed and delivered strategic projects to top management of international companies. Since 2017, they have been working at Valona Intelligence, starting as a Consulting Director and then moving on to become the Head of Customer Success Management for Continental Europe in 2023. In their current role, they are responsible for managing customer success and ensuring client satisfaction.

Kasia Hartwig has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics and International Affairs from The American University of Paris, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. Kasia then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Finance and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, DC, USA from 2001 to 2003. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they attended the University of Düsseldorf's IIK - Institute for International Communication in Düsseldorf, Germany, where they focused on German studies.
