Brad Dial

Brad Dial is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager currently working with Culberson Construction, LLC (CCI) since January 2021, previously holding a similar role with the company from July 2017 to November 2019. With a history that includes positions as a Field Safety Inspector/Consultant at Applied Consultants and Corporate HSE Director at Renegade Well Services, Brad has developed a strong background in EHS management across various sectors, particularly in pipeline and facilities construction. Brad's early career included roles as an HSE Supervisor with CETCO Oilfield Services and founding B&D Environmental Services, focusing on erosion control and remediation. Beginning as a seasonal employee, Brad also served in various capacities at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, culminating in the role of Assistant Manager and Park Police Officer. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
