Lauren Haymond

Lauren Haymond is the Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Strategy at Castleton Commodities International. Lauren oversees Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations functions globally for the company. Prior to their current role, Lauren held various positions in human resources at Virtusa, Blackstone, and Bank of America. Lauren also serves as a NY Advisory Board Member for CareerSpring, a networking and job placement platform for first generation and/or low-income students and graduates. Lauren holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Vermont.
