Joanna Ilska

Joanna Ilska has extensive experience in training and customer support, currently serving as a Sales Trainer at CCIG since November 2010. In this role, Joanna conducts initial training sessions, plans training programs, develops training materials, and collaborates with clients to enhance customer service quality and after-sales support. Additionally, Joanna has worked in an e-shop for Orange, managing orders for individual and business clients, and has experience as a Telephone Customer Advisor, focusing on product sales and active negotiations. Since January 2015, Joanna has also been an Instructor at Pure Jatomi Fitness, leading fitness classes. Joanna holds an educational background that includes a degree in Cultural Animation with a focus on Dance from Uniwersytet Dolnośląski DSW, along with studies at other institutions including a library and culture animator program.
