Darren Powney

Darren Powney serves as the Director of Cyber and Specialist Services at CCL Solutions Group since July 2018, with additional responsibilities as Director of Operations and Business Development Manager. Concurrently, Darren works as a Consultant for the National Counter Terrorism Police HQ since September 2017. Previously, from April 2002 to July 2017, Darren held several key positions at West Midlands Police, including Senior Investigating Officer for the Counter Terrorism Unit, where oversight of investigations into terrorist plots was a primary focus, and Investigations Manager for the Birmingham Local Command Unit. Educational qualifications include studies at Coventry University from 2009 to 2010 and attendance at Valley Park Secondary School from 1979 to 1986.
