Christopher D. Thumm

Christopher D. Thumm is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations for Northeast and Mid Atlantic at CCL Hospitality Group, with a partnership focus on Five Star Senior Living. Prior to this role, Christopher held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Unidine, managing a significant volume across several states. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager and Director of Dining Services at Morrison Living, where Christopher successfully opened a high-end senior living facility. Christopher's career began with roles at Lessing's Hospitality Group, Northampton Brewery, Calaroga Terrace, and Cappers Cafe and Catering. Christopher holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland.
