Gemma Dare

Gemma Dare is an accomplished event manager with extensive experience in the marketing and events industry. Currently serving as Event Manager at CCMA since November 2024, Gemma previously held the position of EMEA Marketing Events Manager at 8x8 from August 2021 to November 2024. Prior roles include Marketing at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Founder of Mintsource Events, and Event Marketing Manager at Lead Forensics. Gemma's career began with a significant tenure at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where responsibilities included both cabin crew functions and marketing event organization. Additionally, Gemma gained early experience as a Design Intern at Stella McCartney. Educational qualifications include a degree in Fashion Marketing, Fashion Promotion, and Illustration from the University for the Creative Arts.
