Naomi Vaughan

Naomi Vaughan is an experienced event marketing professional currently serving as Event Marketing Manager for major events at both the CCMA and UK National Contact Centre Awards since January 2024. Additionally, Naomi holds the same title at the European Customer Contact Alliance since April 2024. Previous roles include Marketing Assistant at REID Lifting, Payroll Executive at NASA Group Ltd, Credit Controller at Clarke Willmott, and Transactional Finance Assistant at Brightside Insurance. Naomi's early experience includes a summer internship at the University of the West of England, where event coordination was key. Naomi holds a BA(Hons) in Criminology and Law from the University of the West of England, awarded in 2022.
