The Training and Learning Team at CCMA is responsible for developing and delivering specialized training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of contact centre professionals. Comprised of a Membership & Learning Director, a Learning Manager, and multiple Academy Trainers, the team offers targeted learning initiatives and best practice sharing sessions to elevate managerial excellence and keep industry leaders informed about the latest trends and developments.
