Heidi Hromidko

As Director of HR, Heidi translates business strategies into people strategies to build the ideal CCR culture: capturing the best talent, developing their skills, and creating an environment of engagement, agility, and innovation. She excels in this role thanks to a background in Business and Human Resource Management. Heidi is also a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management and the 2019 president for Eastern Iowa Human Resource Association.

Heidi has been with CCR since 2016, and she thrives in fast-paced environments where she’s empowered to create ideal experiences for team members. The most fascinating thing about technology and tech services for Heidi is the unlimited potential it has to change the way people live and work. Before life at CCR, Heidi oversaw operations for a small, family-owned communication and tech solutions company.

Over the course of her career, Heidi has learned that the work experience team members have is what allows them to rise to the occasion no matter the circumstances. This mentality creates a deep bond in her team, which extends outward through the company.
