Mauricio Tortosa completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 1993. In 1996, he obtained a Certificate in Leadership Executive Program from Yale University. In 2015, he completed a Masterclass in Digital Disruption from Hyper Island. In 2018 and 2019, he pursued a Master's degree in Integral Approach: Self-knowledge, Transferable Skills, and Innovative Pedagogical Practices from Instituto Singularidades. More recently, in 2021, they studied Philosophy at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
