Ahmet Serhat Uğurlu

Ahmet Serhat Uğurlu has over 13 years of extensive experience in IT and project management roles. Ahmet Serhat worked at CCR as the Director of IT, where they led a team of technology professionals in developing and implementing customer experience solutions. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at CCR, managing software development teams and overseeing various call center integration projects. Before joining CCR, Ahmet worked at Banking Finance as a Project Leader and Senior System Engineer, where they were responsible for managing and operating contact center systems. Their expertise includes Genesys-based solutions, IT project management, and contact center infrastructure.

Ahmet Serhat Uğurlu received their education in a chronological order. Ahmet Serhat started their education journey at Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi in 2004, where they pursued an Associate Degree in Computer Technology And Programming. From 2006 to 2008, they attended Anadolu University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in Business Administration. Ahmet Serhat further continued their studies at Sakarya University from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Master's degree in IT Technologys Engineering.
