Gerhard van der Zwan

Gerhard van der Zwan is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at CCS Connects since August 2023. Gerhard founded Xplicity, a Dutch-Lithuanian software development company, in 2015 and continues to hold a position as Board Member. Previously, Gerhard held various leadership roles, including Director at Login VSI, COO/CFO at Login International Group, and Board Member at SailRacer.net. Gerhard has extensive experience as a Board Member at Sourceplicity and served as CFO at Illuminate Solutions. Additional experience includes roles such as Interim CFO at Nordic Pharma - Disphar and Investment Director/CFO at Time Investments. Gerhard's career began as CFO at SDL Tridion, and education includes a Master’s degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
