Jan van der Arend

Jan van der Arend is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and coaching. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at CCS connects since December 2017, Jan oversees the Scrum process for a DevOps team, promoting the Agile Way of Working. Prior to this role, Jan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at CCS, with nearly 30 years of expertise in developing integrated solutions for the insurance sector. Additional experience includes roles as an Assistant Trainer for NLP Practitioner courses, personal coach, and Progress OpenEdge developer with 18 years of experience, as well as providing freelance coaching for clients with ADHD. Jan's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from HAN University of Applied Sciences and various certifications in coaching and NLP training.
