Nicole believes nonprofits deserve the same level of resources and service afforded to private-sector companies. With a professional background in community organizing, fundraising, nonprofit evaluation, and organizational capacity building, Nicole has always strived to ensure that nonprofit leaders have the resources they need to make transformative, equity-oriented social change possible.

During her career, Nicole has worked within many sectors including government, advocacy, health, human services, and arts and culture, and across several major markets, including New York, San Francisco, Chicago, and Portland. As a Vice President with CCS Fundraising, Nicole has spent the last decade specializing in transformative fundraising initiatives. She partners with clients on strategic planning and staffing assessments, volunteer development and training, major gifts program development, and the implementation of capital, programmatic, and endowment campaigns. Nicole serves as a leader of the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Nicole has a Master of Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management and policy from New York University – Wagner School of Public Service, and a Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
