Marcelo Cavali

Marcelo Cavali is an experienced professional in quality and process engineering with a diverse background in continuous improvement and project leadership. Currently serving as Supervisor de Melhoria Contínua at CCS Tecnologia e Serviços S.A. since July 2017, Marcelo has previously held roles such as Supervisor de qualidade and Supervisor de Engenharia Industrial. Prior experience includes serving as Supervisor de Engenharia de Processos at Painco S/A and Planner de Processos at Painco Indústria e Comércio S/A, where Marcelo focused on the development of new products and processes. Marcelo's earlier positions also include Sr Project Leader, where significant contributions were made to continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing tools and the implementation of approximately 30 Kaizen events.
