Marcelo Scotta

Marcelo Scotta is an experienced professional currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at CCUSA since April 2007, overseeing supplier development, quality benchmarks according to ISO 22000, and quality processes in beverage production. In addition, Marcelo plays a pivotal role as a facilitator in World Class Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance at the Santa Fe establishment. Since August 2014, Marcelo has also contributed to academia as an assistant in Industrial Operations and Facilities Design at the Universidad Nacional del Litoral. Prior experience includes leading a mini-plant operations team at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes from March 2005 to April 2007, managing quality standards, budget, and staff development. Marcelo holds an MBA from San Andrés (2013-2016) and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (1986-1992).
