Marcin Chady

Marcin Chady is an accomplished gaming industry professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the CEO of CDPR Canada at CD PROJEKT SA since July 2021, Marcin oversees studio operations following its acquisition by CDP S. A. Concurrently, Marcin has been a Guest Lecturer at the University of Calgary since January 2010, teaching a games programming course. Previously, Marcin was the Founder and Managing Director of Digital Scapes from November 2012 to July 2021, where the team developed significant components for notable games such as Dying Light. Other positions include Technical Director at DeNA and Radical Entertainment, where responsibilities included supervising teams and developing essential game production tools and AI systems. Marcin also co-founded Mindlathe, an AI middleware company, and holds multiple degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering from prestigious universities.
