Stefan Chmielewski has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as an External Economy Manager at Venezia Home. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Independent Agent at Appen. In 2021, they joined Lionbridge as a Functional Game Tester, testing Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Horizon 5. Stefan later became a Test Specialist, responsible for testing a title based on set requirements and creating test cases and product backlogs. In 2022, Stefan joined CD PROJEKT SA as a Junior Tech QA Analyst, where they test and verifies new game and engine features, cooperates with programmers and technical artists, and reports and verifies bugs in game code.

Stefan Chmielewski's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute." Stefan pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance and successfully completed the program in 2018.

In 2019, Stefan continued their education at the Jagiellonian University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Management. Stefan studied at the university for two years, completing their degree in 2021.

During 2020 and 2021, Stefan attended the Programming school IT-Academy to further develop their skills in Manual QA.

In addition to their formal education, Stefan obtained a certification in Cambridge Advanced English in July 2018 from Cambridge Assessment English.
