Eva Osuchukwu currently serves as the Chief of Executive Compensation & Performance Management at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Performance Management Consultant at the U.S. Department of Energy from August 2021 to June 2023 and Lead Human Resources Specialist at the Department of Commerce from February 2019 to October 2021. Eva has a diverse background in human resources, having held positions such as Human Capital Branch Chief and Management Analyst at the Department of Homeland Security, with responsibilities in retention programs and workforce planning. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both obtained from Marymount University, along with an Associate's degree from Mount Vernon College.
