Beauly Cira, MBA, ITIL, is a seasoned professional in customer experience management with significant expertise in optimizing customer interactions and driving growth. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at ConstructConnect since June 2017, Beauly has previously excelled as a Customer Success Manager and Training Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes a tenure as President/CEO at O'Neale’s Holdings, where strategic implementation led to rapid profitability, and as Project Manager/Trainer at American Mortgage Services, Inc., where project complexities were effectively managed. Beauly holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University.
