Jarrod Middleton

Jarrod Middleton has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Fitness Director at LA Fitness, where they managed a sales team and trained staff. In 2013, they transitioned to a Mid-Market Sales Consultant role at ConstructConnect, responsible for selling and marketing new subscriptions. Jarrod then progressed to Manager, Business Development, overseeing the training and development of new Business Development Representatives. Later, they served as Director, Business Development, managing strategic operations and coaching multiple managers. From 2021 to 2023, Jarrod held the position of VP, Business Development, leading the entire Business Development segment in a Value Selling transformation at ConstructConnect. Finally, they took on the role of VP, Sales (Mid-Market), where they were responsible for sales leadership and management.

Jarrod Middleton obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Eastern Kentucky University in 2012. Jarrod also holds additional certifications from Pavilion, including CRO School and Strategic Leadership: The Power of Purpose, both obtained in 2023.
