J. David Watkins

J. David Watkins is a Construction Inspector at CDG Engineers & Associates, Inc. with previous experience as an Engineer at ICS Engineering, LLC. J. David also worked as a Utility and Permit Engineer at the Alabama Department of Transportation before retiring. Prior to their engineering roles, J. David served as Chief Inspector at ALDOT. J.
