Craig Dickens serves as the Chairman of Merit Investment Bank since October 2013, where responsibilities include strategic planning, value creation, and team recruitment for a leading boutique investment bank focused on entrepreneurial middle-market companies. Additionally, Craig Dickens is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Grady Bay Capital, a family office that invests in middle-market companies, and a Partner at CDI Global M&A, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at PlastiTown, CEO of Lighthouse Plastics LLC, President of Safe Harbor Packaging & Logistics, and Vice President for Allibert Contico. Craig Dickens earned a B.A. in Business and Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
