He started co-oping with IBM in one of their first technology call centers. Shortly thereafter he started working full-time as a network engineer while finishing his degree. Throughout his 30+ years in IT, he has helped the end-users, turned the wrenches, monitored the blinking lights, worked in the data center at 2:00 am, ran the operations, led the team in market regions, created the products, and built some life-long friendships.
