Emilie Liottier

Emilie Liottier has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Directeur Développement Rh et Rémunération at Cdiscount since November 2008. In this role, Emilie leads a team of approximately twenty professionals focused on recruitment, integration, skills development, and career management to support the company's strategic transformation and maintain its position as the top e-commerce platform in France. Prior to this, Emilie was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Cdiscount, responsible for company-wide recruitment outside of logistics, developing sourcing and onboarding strategies, and collaborating with the executive committee. Emilie began her career as a Consultant at Monique Lévy Conseil from January 2007 to November 2008 and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from IAE Bordeaux, earned in 2007.
