Jodeen Burke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and membership services. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager for the Partner Program at CDK Global since 2019, Jodeen acts as the “voice of the customer,” effectively communicating issues and feedback to internal teams while driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Prior experience includes working as RVP Client Services at MG Design from 2010 to 2014, where Jodeen identified potential customers and delivered tailored sales presentations, and serving as Regional Vice President for State National Companies from 2002 to 2010. Jodeen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Illinois State University.
