Sarah Davies

Sarah Davies has held various roles in companies such as Skills Group, Ministry for Primary Industries, Lagom - HCC, allfields, Motor Trade Association, MidCentral District Health Board, ACC New Zealand, Tenzing Limited, Gentrack Ltd, and Callaghan Innovation. At Skills Group, Sarah currently serves as the Head of People Enablement and People & Change Delivery Lead. With a background in change management, project management, and organizational development, Sarah has expertise in integrating strategy, people, and processes to drive operational implementation. Sarah has also been involved in developing learning programs and building capability within organizations. Sarah's educational background includes attending Green Bay High School from 1986 to 1990.
