Richard Fairs

Richard Fairs is an experienced professional in application support and technical leadership, currently serving as the Application Services Team Leader at CDL (Cheshire Datasystems Ltd) since May 2012. Prior to this role, Richard held positions such as Senior Technical Support Developer at Thunderhead and Application Support Technical Team Leader at Tata Consultancy Services. Richard's career began at Legal & General, where a progression from Senior E-Commerce Java Developer to Application Support Technical Team Leader occurred. Initial experience included roles as Client Server Support Analyst and Year 2000 System Test Co-ordinator. Richard holds a 2.1 BSc in Geography from Lancaster University and A-Levels in Mathematics, Economics, and Geography from Southend High School.
