Rebecca Ridge

Rebecca Ridge has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rebecca began their career at Bath & Body Works in 2008, where they served as a Customer Sales Lead, assisting customers, managing store operations, and facilitating inventory management. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Co-Manager, where they recruited and trained new hires, monitored sales floor etiquette, and communicated observations to the sales leadership team.

From 2013 to 2014, Rebecca worked as an Operational Stock & Logistics Supervisor at Home Decorators Collection. In this role, they recruited and trained staff, monitored shipments, and ensured timely delivery of products to customers.

Rebecca joined Riverside Transport, Inc. in 2014 and held the position of Lead Safety Processor until 2018. Rebecca vetted CDL truck drivers, analyzed reports, and made informed decisions on potential hires. Additionally, they trained and supervised safety processors and maintained compliance with DOT regulations.

In 2018, Rebecca took on the role of Sales Associate at L.L.Bean, where they provided exceptional service to customers.

Rebecca also gained experience as a Driver at Uber from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, they work at CDLLife.com, initially as a Digital Media Strategist from 2019 to 2020, and then as the Vice President of Operations & Client Services starting in 2020.

Rebecca Ridge attended Spring Hill College, where they pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. No specific degree or years of attendance were provided. In addition to their college education, they obtained certification as a speaker at the CDLLife Summit 2022, organized by CDLLife.com, in July 2022.
