Dylan Frost

Dylan Frost, PE is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in hydraulic and hydrologic engineering. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer VI at CDM Smith since April 2023, Dylan has also held the role of Project Engineer at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services since January 2015. Prior to these positions, Dylan worked as a CET at the New Jersey Department of Transportation from January 2012 to November 2015, specializing in drainage design. Dylan holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Hydraulics and Hydrology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned between 2009 and 2011.
