Layla Llewelyn

Layla Llewelyn, P.E., PMP, is an accomplished Project Manager and Environmental Engineer with extensive experience in managing multi-discipline projects for municipal and industrial clients since September 2007 at CDM Smith. Llewelyn's expertise encompasses reclaimed water treatment plant design, pipeline rehabilitation, and infrastructure improvements. Prior roles include Principal Engineer at Hazen and Sawyer, focusing on pumping and wastewater treatment expansion, and Project Manager/Project Engineer at PBS&J/Atkins, where work involved water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant Engineer, supporting compliance efforts for the Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department. Llewelyn holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
