Michael Pina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. michael started working as a Commercial IT Salesperson for Tech Systems in 2006, followed by a position as a Salesperson for Systems Inc, where they sold computer systems to small businesses. In 2007, they worked as a Computer Consultant for Associates and later as a Project Manager, Sales, and Branch Manager for Tech Services at Reliant Group, Inc., where their responsibilities included project management and sales. From 2008, they worked as a Remote Hands Tech provided by Project Shift for client CDNetworks Inc. In 2010, they became the President of Urban Beagle, where they developed an app connecting users to various events and locations. In 2013, they founded hubchan.com and served as the President. Around the same time, they also joined Barrett-Jackson Auction Company as an Information Technology Project Manager. Michael also worked as a Project Manager/Design Architect for Piña Network Consulting, where they managed an e-Commerce solution project for Fila Golf.

Michael Pina's education history includes a period of self-education from 1997 to 2008, during which they pursued a degree in Technology and obtained a Master of Computer Technology (MCT). Prior to this, they attended Arizona State University from 1979 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Exercise/Physical Education.
