Tyler Lu has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Tyler started their career at Digipower, a company of Foxconn Technology Group, where they worked as a Technical Sales Representative for nearly 5 years. During their time there, they excelled in sales and consistently ranked as the top sales representative in Guangzhou.
In 2006, Tyler joined Dell Technologies as a Technical Sales Representative and led the Hong Kong Inside Sales team. Tyler was responsible for selling Dell's enterprise solutions, including servers, storage systems, and enterprise software. Tyler's achievements include being the first to sell EqualLogic in the Hong Kong market and providing advisory solutions for customer IT infrastructures.

In 2011, Tyler joined Red Hat as a Solution Architect, where they deployed various cloud computing and virtualization projects. Tyler also served as a main speaker at multiple events.
Tyler's next role was as Chief Technology Officer at Guizhou WingCloud High Technology Ltd, where they designed strategies focusing on network IDC, cloud service, and smart city. Tyler set up the Technical Department's structure and led a team of managers and engineers. Under their leadership, the team received the Most Valuable Team Award for two consecutive years.
In 2017, Tyler joined Huawei as a Business Consultant, providing consulting services for global customers on cloud business. Tyler drafted cloud computing strategies and business plans, developed cloud infrastructure transformation frameworks, and designed the Belarus e-Government cloud services project.
Most recently, Tyler has been working at CDNetworks as a Customer Solutions Engineer since 2019.
Tyler Lu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Guangdong Ocean University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications such as RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) from Red Hat in September 2015. Tyler also has certifications from Brocade and Microsoft, specifically BCFP (Brocade Certified Fabric Professional) and MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist), although the specific dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
