Élise Proulx is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in public relations, communications, and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Vice-présidente of social infrastructure development at CDPQ Infra since May 2024, Élise has held notable positions, including Cheffe of economic development for Québec and Vice-Présidente of public affairs at Ivanhoé Cambridge from March 2020 to May 2024. Prior experience includes Vice-présidente of communications and government relations at Hydro-Québec, and leadership roles in various organizations such as the Canadian Hydropower Association, where Élise served as Vice Chair. Élise holds an Executive MBA from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), a governance degree from the Institut des administrateurs de sociétés, and a bachelor's degree in public relations from UQAM.
