H. Daniel Cessna

H. Daniel Cessna, P.E. serves as the President of CDR Maguire Engineering, leading operations and strategic initiatives in transportation design and construction management since January 2022. Concurrently, Cessna is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, teaching project development and implementation. Previously, Cessna held the position of Senior Vice President at Michael Baker International, overseeing national transportation practices and regional business sectors in Pennsylvania. Cessna's earlier experience includes serving as District Executive for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, managing significant infrastructure projects and a substantial budget. Cessna holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering and an MBA, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
