Michael Kirk

Michael Kirk is a seasoned emergency management professional with over 15 years of experience in emergency planning across various sectors. Currently serving as a Planner at CDR Maguire Inc., Michael provides critical planning products for the Kentucky Division of Emergency Management, including updates to emergency plans and the development of a state-wide disaster recovery framework. Prior to this role, Michael was self-employed as an Emergency Management Specialist and held positions at Enercon Services as a Senior Emergency Management Engineer and at Duke Energy Corporation as a Senior Emergency Management Specialist. Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and completed training at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
