CDS Co-operatives

CDS is a charitable community benefit society and registered social landlord. Our mission is to make co-op and community led housing mainstream, so that more people can shape the things that matter to them at home, in their neighbourhood or community. All our work is underpinned by our U-TICK values - Unity, Trust, Intention, Impact, Collaboration, Communication and Kindness. We expect to demonstrate our commitment to these values in every aspect of our work and want to be held accountable for them. We provide, support and promote a range of social, co-operative and community led housing. We directly own around 900 social rented and low cost home ownership homes throughout the South East of England and we aim to work in a collaborative and empowering way with our residents. We are the largest co-op management services agency in our region, working with more than 35 housing co-ops to provide a range of landlord and business support services so that our clients and their members can thrive whilst remaining fully independent. We also invest some of our surplus each year in promoting growth and innovation in the sector so that more CLH homes can be created. If you want to know more about our services or are interested in working with us, please contact talktous@cds.coop
