Jim Hamilton

Jim Hamilton is an accomplished Operations Director at CDS Defence & Security since January 2019, specializing in engineering, training, learning, and cyber security within the defence and security sector. Prior to this role, Jim took a sabbatical to focus on property investments and business consultancy after contributing to the successful divestment of Xerox’s BPO division and the launch of Conduent Inc. as a Fortune-500 company. With extensive experience at Xerox, Jim served in various key positions, including Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff, and was integral to planning and delivering multiple global transformation programs. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Sybase 365 and Perot Systems, where Jim managed critical customer support operations. Jim holds a Mini MBA in Corporate Strategy from the Simon School of Business and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Xerox.
