Jefferson K. Kim has held various positions in the finance and legal industry over the past 10 years. In 2016, they were appointed President of CDS Software - CollectOne. From 2013 to 2016, they were Senior Compliance Manager at FIS Global, where they managed large projects for national commercial clients and state regulators, reviewed and provided consumer lending guidance to client banks, and advised ICS Research & Development of internal product enhancements and corrections necessary to comply with compliance requirements. From 2010 to 2013, they were Vice President, Contract Management Manager at Bank of America, where they developed and managed standardized marketing and licensing agreements for joint ventures, conducted legal research and directed a fifty state lender licensing initiative, and managed department litigation matters. From 2006 to 2010, they were an Attorney at White and Williams, where they drafted and negotiated commercial agreements, represented and counseled clients in a broad variety of real estate and related financial transactions, and handled issues arising under multiple state and federal acts, administrative rules, and advisories.
Jefferson K. Kim attended La Sierra University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Jefferson K. then went on to Loma Linda University from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a Master of Science in Physiology. Finally, they attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a J.D. in Law.
